Natural Newborn Photography at Home, Birmingham

This gorgeous family booked me for some natural newborn photography at home in Birmingham. Over the years I’ve photographed lots and lots of newborns and during this time I feel that my newborn photography has evolved into a more natural style, that feels less forced. I’m loving photographing families in their homes, with all their creature comforts around them and the fact that on this shoot, their fur baby joined us, made it even more special.

Newborn photography at home

A lot of people worry that their home isn’t suitable for having a newborn photo shoot at home. Please don’t worry about this! The size of your house really doesn’t matter. I work in a way that can find even the tiniest spot of light (usually by a window), so there will always be somewhere suitable for photos. Keep in mind that the photos are about capturing you and your new baby in your home together. It will be perfect, just as it is!
