As a specialist newborn and baby photographer, I offer timeless, natural baby photography and would love to capture this special time for you.

Based in Sutton Coldfield, I work with families from across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Those first few weeks getting to know your new baby are such a special time. You’ve waited a long time to meet them and now they’re here you can’t help but marvel at their every tiny detail.

I think your baby is perfect just as they are, so I use a gentle, natural approach to newborn photography. The session is led by your baby, so there’s no rush or stress and plenty of time for feeding, nappy changes and soothing.

If you’re looking for relaxed, natural newborn photography in Birmingham, I’d love to welcome you to my calm and light filled studio, where your comfort and relaxation is my priority. I want you to enjoy the experience from the moment you arrive.

Newborn photography sessions are usually best in the first two weeks after birth, when your baby is still super sleepy and naturally curled up

I have a purpose-built home photography studio in Sutton Coldfield, just 15 minutes from Birmingham city centre.

The space has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind—filled with soft, natural light and styled in calming, modern neutrals. It’s the perfect setting for relaxed, timeless newborn and family photography.

From the moment you arrive, my aim is to help you feel completely at ease. Everything is designed to encourage you to slow down and enjoy the experience.

To make sure you don’t miss out, it’s best to book after your 12-week scan. I leave room in my diary either side of your due date, so once your baby arrives, we can adjust your session if needed.

WHEN SHOULD I HAVE A NEWBORN PHOTOSHOOT?

Ideally, during the first 14 days following your babies birth. They’ll be content feeding and sleeping in these early days and won’t be as prone to colic or baby spots. Please don’t worry if you miss this window, I’m still happy to photograph newborns up to 8 weeks of age, every stage of your baby is beautiful!

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO BOOK?

As my diary fills up pretty quickly, it’s a good idea to get in touch and book your shoot at least a month before your due date.

HOW LONG WILL THE SHOOT LAST

Usually two to two and a half hours. I work at your babies pace, allowing time for feeding, winding and nappy changes.

CAN SIBLINGS BE IN SOME OF THE PHOTOS?

Yes absolutely! If you have other children, it’s lovely for them to be in some of the photos. Younger siblings may just want to join in for a few of them and then carry on playing so they don’t get too bored.

DO YOU HAVE A CLIENT WARDROBE?

Yes, I have a selction of beautiful selection of organic cotton knitted rompers, baby bloomers and lots of cozy wraps and blankets.

CAN I HAVE A MATERNITY PHOTOSHOOT?

Yes! Absolutely! I’d love to meet you before baby arrives. I offer maternity photography between 28-25 weeks. My maternity photoshoots take place in the studio.

CAN I HAVE MY NEWBORN SHOOT AT HOME?

Yes! Although most of my newborn sessions take place in my purpose built studio, I appreciate that some families want their photoshoot in their own home. If you’re within 25 miles from B74, I’ll happily travel to you.
