Romantic Sudeley Castle Wedding
This romantic Sudeley Castle wedding last Summer was a real treat. Sudeley Castle, in the Cotswolds, is steeped in history. With acres of beautiful gardens and ruins to wander through, I was in my element! Both Bride and Groom were getting ready in the cottages on the Sudeley Estate. I arrived to lots of excitement and the popping of champagne corks. Sammy looked absolutely stunning in her Pronovias wedding dress and her Bridesmaids were super stylish in nude wrap dresses. Naturally Anthony looked really sharp in his suit.
It was a beautiful ceremony in St Mary’s Chapel, which is in the grounds of Sudeley, so the guests could simply walk over to the drinks reception in the Queens Garden. We were treated to perfect summer weather, warm and sunny, just right for everyone to enjoy drinks and canapés in the grounds, which meant I captured some lovely relaxed candid photos of the guests enjoying themselves.
How cute are these little guys? As all of the bridal party and family had booked the cottages at Sudeley, to get ready, they were able to bring their four legged family members with them. I mean, dogs in dickie bows, what’s not to love? I’m a big dog lover, so dogs at weddings are always a hit with me.

Just before dinner, I stole Sammy and Anthony away for some couple portraits. My style is very relaxed and I like couples to see this time as an opportunity to spend some time together and just take a breather. This Romantic Sudeley Castle Wedding suited my style of photography perfectly. We wandered the grounds and captured some gorgeous, timeless wedding photos.
